Touchless Customer Feedback System using ZASTI

For any business, analysis of customer feedback is of paramount importance because customers’ opinion is a resource for improving their experience.

But popular modes of collecting feedback are time consuming, unfriendly and suffer from low response rate, which can be as low as nine percent of the overall feedback captured. To this end, we propose a hand gesture-based feedback system which reduces customers’ fatigue and saves their time. We present an AI application that runs on a computing device with a camera and a display such as a tablet, laptop, smartphone, or a custom-built device that captures customer feedback by recognizing hand gestures.
